So as to keep the cut 90* to the face of the forms, I used my bandsaw to cut to the outside of
the traced line.  I tried my jigsaw, but I wasn't impressed as the angle of the cut tended to
wander.
After cutting out the plywood form, I again used the 12" disc sander to sand down to the line.
After sanding, I transferred the watelines and centerline to the edge of the plywood forms so
that the reference marks can be accurately traced onto the bottom sheet of plywood.
Completed forms.
The same procedure was followed on the stem forms.  The only differences were attaching
the stem form pattern onto the plywood with spray adhesive directly rather than making a
template and trimming one edge of the stem forms square to the baseline using the crosscut
sled on my tablesaw.  Station 4 and the strongback will reference off of the square sides.

I plan to build without internal stems (stems are
recommended in the plans) for weight savings.  I haven't
found a need for internal stems in my other boats.  I used
a simple jig to trace a line where the internal stems would
be.  This area was tapered so that the strips will fit
correctly in this area.
